I agree you, because as Stevirobbo says that the natural calamities more contribute in global warming, I don't think so. I know that they contribute till some extent but still I think that human being is the main cause in contributing in global warming.

I agree, it is a big issue at the moment and as you say "who do you believe when politicians get involved"
I am not convinced either way but one thing is sure the polar caps are melting and melting fast and the sea level will rise much quicker and we are in for a rough ride globally with devastation afoot.
I heard there is fully grown fox cubs about on our roads and there is young fledglings in the nests of birds all over the place, we are about two months ahead of time here in the UK for springtime and this winter was the warmest I have ever known in my life and I have never known not having to scrape my windscreen of ice etc or putting deicer in my car. There is definitely something happening to our world.

Yes, there was a programme on TV the other night which said just that - and that global warming is more to do with sun spot activity than CO2. Also that whilst scientists have shown a link between CO2 and Global Warming, the link is one way - in other words, global warming causes increased CO2, but increased CO2 does not increase Global Warming.

Most disturbing - the fact that the green lobby is trying to force Africa to avoid coal and oil as sources of power, and go with renewables (which cost five times more) instead. As one African Journalist said - it is effectively saying that Africa cannot develop whilst the west continues using these resources. "Do as we say, not as we do".

It is hard to know who is right and who is wrong, especially when politicians get involved...

They are now saying that it is not us as human beings who are doing the global warming and it is just a big old rip off by the government to get new taxes on board, it is now being proved that natural phenomenons like volcanoes contribute more co2 than the entire world population every year. How true this is only time will tell.
